Sanakissa Refund Policy

Sanakissa Edu Tech partners with FastSpring as our Merchant of Record. FastSpring handles all billing, tax, and refund transactions for subscriptions purchased through Sanakissa. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for global customers, including residents of the European Union and United Kingdom.
1. Free Trial
Every new subscription begins with a 48-hour free trial. You can cancel during the trial to avoid any charges. Once the trial ends, your selected plan is billed automatically unless you have cancelled.
2. EU & UK 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Consumers located in the EU or UK have a statutory right to withdraw from digital service contracts within 14 days of purchase. By starting your paid subscription immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the service begins right away and agree that:
- If you cancel within the first 14 days without using any premium features, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If you cancel within 14 days after using premium content, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period of access already provided, consistent with local law.
3. Ongoing Subscriptions
You can cancel recurring plans at any time via the FastSpring customer portal link included in your receipt emails or through the Sanakissa account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us first at sanakissa@sanakissa.fi. Include your order number (found on your FastSpring receipt), the email used at checkout, and a brief explanation. We can often resolve issues directly and process refunds on your behalf through FastSpring. We typically respond within 2 business days.
5. Duplicate or Fraudulent Charges
If you notice duplicate charges or suspect fraudulent activity, contact FastSpring immediately and notify us at sanakissa@sanakissa.fi so we can protect your account. Legitimate duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
6. Technical Issues
Should technical issues prevent you from accessing premium features despite payment, please contact us at sanakissa@sanakissa.fi within 7 days. We will either resolve the issue, extend your access, or issue a refund in coordination with FastSpring.
7. Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact FastSpring support. Chargebacks without prior communication may delay the resolution process. FastSpring may pause your account while the investigation is in progress.
